In case the booking is made close to the departure date, 100% payment must be made at the time of booking.

Prices quoted are based on prevailing rates and are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier revisions.
Any changes or amendments requested after booking are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
The passenger must provide accurate personal, travel, and identification details at the time of booking the Company shall not be responsible for errors.
Acceptance of the booking form, invoice, receipt, or payment shall be deemed as acceptance of all Terms & Conditions of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion in case of non-compliance with booking terms or unreasonable conduct.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/message) along with the original booking receipt.
Hotel accommodation, transport, and other services are blocked in advance hence cancellation charges are applicable.
40% of the total package cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 30 clear days of departure.
50% of the total package cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 21 clear days of departure.
No refund shall be provided if the cancellation is made within 20 clear days of the departure date.
In case of cancellation of services booked with government or private hotels/resorts where full advance is paid, no refund shall be applicable.
Any refund payable will be processed only after receipt of funds from hotels, transporters, or other service providers.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party vendors.
Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original mode of payment within applicable timelines.
Cancellation charges are applicable irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
