    • All bookings are subject to availability and shall be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
    • Etrip Live India Private Limited acts only as a tour organizer and does not own or control hotels, transporters, or other service providers.
    • Tour prices are based on prevailing rates and are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, or supplier rate revisions before departure.
    • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings must be followed early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
    • Meals are provided as per fixed menus no refund or compensation shall be provided for meal-related issues.
    • Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and valuables the Company shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage.
    • Requests for prepone or postpone must be made in writing within the stipulated time and are subject to availability and supplier charges.
    • Cancellation and refund shall be governed strictly by the Company&rsquos cancellation and refund policy.
    • Passengers are presumed medically fit to travel and must make their own medical arrangements if required.
    • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, and governed by Indian laws.
    • All holiday bookings are subject to availability and shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
    • There is no contract between the Company and the passenger until the advance payment is received and acknowledged by the Company.
    • Full payment of the tour cost must be made within the stipulated time as communicated at the time of booking.
    • In case the booking is made close to the departure date, 100% payment must be made at the time of booking.
    • Failure to make full payment within the prescribed time may result in automatic cancellation, and applicable cancellation charges shall apply.
    • Prices quoted are based on prevailing rates and are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier revisions.
    • Any changes or amendments requested after booking are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
    • The passenger must provide accurate personal, travel, and identification details at the time of booking the Company shall not be responsible for errors.
    • Acceptance of the booking form, invoice, receipt, or payment shall be deemed as acceptance of all Terms & Conditions of the Company.
    • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion in case of non-compliance with booking terms or unreasonable conduct.
    • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/message) along with the original booking receipt.
    • Hotel accommodation, transport, and other services are blocked in advance hence cancellation charges are applicable.
    • 40% of the total package cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 30 clear days of departure.
    • 50% of the total package cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 21 clear days of departure.
    • No refund shall be provided if the cancellation is made within 20 clear days of the departure date.
    • In case of cancellation of services booked with government or private hotels/resorts where full advance is paid, no refund shall be applicable.
    • Any refund payable will be processed only after receipt of funds from hotels, transporters, or other service providers.
    • The Company shall not be responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party vendors.
    • Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original mode of payment within applicable timelines.
    • Cancellation charges are applicable irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
