    Rann Utsav - The Unique Tent City

    The timeless White Desert of Rann meets the modern world through Rann Utsav, orchestrated by the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (TCGL). This event introduces the extraordinary 'White Rann Experience'.

    Previously deemed barren, the White Rann beside the Great Rann of Kutch was reimagined by TCGL in 2005. What began as a three-day festival has grown into a 100-day celebration at Dhordo village, where a novel tent city arises annually with temporary yet impressive infrastructure.

    Day 01
    Bhuj To Rann Utsav Tent City (Dhordo) - (85 KM / 02 Hr)
    • Check-in time: 12:30 PM
    • Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings:
    • 08:15 AM - From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj
    • 10:00 AM - From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj
    • 01:30 PM - From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj
    • 03:30 PM - From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj

    The above timings are for fixed departures and are subject to change.

    • The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo, is 85 km (approx), which takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

    • 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM - Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch craft & many others.
    • 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM - High tea at the respective dining area
    • 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM - Visit the Sunset Point and the breathtaking White Rann to witness the grandeur of the setting sun. Transfers will be arranged by bus, camel cart, or a combination of both for a truly memorable experience.

    • Cancellation and refund shall be governed strictly by the Company&rsquos cancellation and refund policy.
    • Passengers are presumed medically fit to travel and must make their own medical arrangements if required.
    • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, and governed by Indian laws.
    • All holiday bookings are subject to availability and shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
    • There is no contract between the Company and the passenger until the advance payment is received and acknowledged by the Company.
    • Full payment of the tour cost must be made within the stipulated time as communicated at the time of booking.
    • In case the booking is made close to the departure date, 100% payment must be made at the time of booking.
    • Failure to make full payment within the prescribed time may result in automatic cancellation, and applicable cancellation charges shall apply.
    • Prices quoted are based on prevailing rates and are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier revisions.
    • Any changes or amendments requested after booking are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
    • The passenger must provide accurate personal, travel, and identification details at the time of booking the Company shall not be responsible for errors.
    • Acceptance of the booking form, invoice, receipt, or payment shall be deemed as acceptance of all Terms & Conditions of the Company.
    • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion in case of non-compliance with booking terms or unreasonable conduct.
    • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/message) along with the original booking receipt.
    • Hotel accommodation, transport, and other services are blocked in advance hence cancellation charges are applicable.
    • 40% of the total package cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 30 clear days of departure.
    • 50% of the total package cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 21 clear days of departure.
    • No refund shall be provided if the cancellation is made within 20 clear days of the departure date.
    • In case of cancellation of services booked with government or private hotels/resorts where full advance is paid, no refund shall be applicable.
    • Any refund payable will be processed only after receipt of funds from hotels, transporters, or other service providers.
    • The Company shall not be responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party vendors.
    • Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original mode of payment within applicable timelines.
    • Cancellation charges are applicable irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
